The transition into parenthood can feel far from what you expected. If you're feeling anxious, irritable, detached, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself after having a baby, know that you're not alone and you don’t have to go through this alone. Maybe you're struggling to bond with your baby, feel resentful toward your partner, cry more than you thought you would, or feel like everyone else is managing "better." Perhaps you're experiencing scary or intrusive thoughts or questioning your ability to parent at all. Whether you're a new parent or navigating the uncertainty of pregnancy, you deserve support that centers on you.
I specialize in perinatal mental health and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), utilizing an integrative approach that blends DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, and person-centered therapy. I offer psychoeducation to help you better understand what's happening in your mind and body and support you in developing healthy self-care practices, mindfulness-based strategies, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and free of judgment. Our goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and start to feel more like you again.
